We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any technical difficulties, system failures, or data loss that may occur.
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Migroto, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Migroto in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from: (a) your reliance on information provided through our services; (b) visa application rejections; (c) changes in immigration laws or policies; (d) errors in self-assessment; or (e) third-party actions.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the extent permitted by law.
All content, features, and functionality on Migroto, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and AI algorithms, are the exclusive property of Migroto and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our services without our prior written consent, except as necessary for normal use of the service.
By submitting content to Migroto, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of providing our services.
Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure at any time.
Payment is required before accessing premium features. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy or required by law.
If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Refunds may be granted within 14 days of purchase if you have not substantially used the service. Refund requests must be submitted through our contact form with a valid reason.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (a) violating laws or regulations; (b) infringing intellectual property rights; (c) transmitting harmful code or malware; (d) attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (e) interfering with the proper functioning of our services; (f) impersonating others; (g) collecting user information without consent; (h) using automated systems to access our services; or (i) engaging in fraudulent activities.
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these prohibitions, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting to law enforcement authorities.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
